Open OBS → Settings → Stream

Set Service to Custom

Paste the Server URL above into the Server field

Paste the Stream Key above into the Stream Key field

Under Output → Audio: set MP3, 192 kbps

Click Start Streaming — you'll go live here instantly

Open Serato DJ Pro → Setup → Broadcast

Select Icecast as the server type

Host: paste your Server URL (without http://)

Mount Point: /live/YOUR_STREAM_KEY

Password: your Icecast source password from .env

Click Connect — green light = you're live

Open Traktor → Preferences → Broadcasting

Format: MP3 192 kbps

Port: 8000

Open Virtual DJ → Settings → Broadcast

Type: Icecast

Paste Server URL, port 8000, mount /live/KEY
